Icebergs, the Roaring Forties – savage Southern Ocean conditions rather than senior staff - and yachts made of sheets, putty and ply wood. It could only be Vivace’s involving, demanding and fiendishly fun Round the World Challenge, designed to elevate your staff into a tight, highly motivated crew. Harnessing the constantly changing conditions endured on a global sailing race from tropical doldrums to the fast track Gulf Stream and icy Baltic, the memorable event tackles everything from forward planning and communications to delivering for your sponsor.
