Lafarge launched a non-sales incentive campaign to motivate staff to adopt a more responsible and inclusive approach to work and colleagues. Staff nominate colleagues who they feel have gone ‘one step beyond’ the parameters of their job description to help others. The scheme was rolled out in January 07 and nominations are collected every 4 months and reviewed by a panel of judges, selected from across the company. The top 5 or 6 nominations in each period are then rewarded with a weekend away together with their partners to a European city.

Vivace challenge:
Working with a small budget, we looked at the most economical way to deliver the events on an ongoing basis. By teaming up with Thomson Citybreaks we were able to provide the right solution within the budget and personalise the experience for the clients with the Vivace touch.
