Following on from the success of the 2006 Need for Speed incentive to Norway, Nortel were looking for more fun in the snow, including skiing, to motivate the European distributors to achieve Q4 results. We chose a Swiss resort, close to Geneva, which offered good access to all the European delegates and good value.
A teaser e-campaign was launched 6 months before the event with e-bulletins at regular intervals prior to the trip giving a taster of what would be enjoyed by
the winners, including skiing, snow-tubing (hurtling around a mini luge track
on an inflatable inner tube!)

and ice-karting – which really had the adrenalin pumping! The daytime action was complemented by extensive night time activity from fondue in
a mountain chalet to clubbing at the local Villars hot-spots! (And we even managed to organise a good dump of snow on the first night and glorious sunshine
for the duration).
This year's Top Achievers Winter Reward Break was extremely successful, with all
delegates enjoying not only the anticipated downhill ski activities, but an additional range
of fun, surprising and sometimes exciting extras!

Great hotel accommodation, delicious and varied meals plus high quality ski hire gear. The resort offered a wide range of downhill pistes, set amid wonderful alpine scenery.
The Ski School instruction was top quality
with good personalized sessions. From start
to finish, the entire event ran like clockwork, with every detail anticipated and delivered alongside friendly and professional support from our two enthusiastic Vivace reps!
